PhD student’s Sustainable Development Goals article published in Public Health Nursing

PhD student Charles Osingada’s article about nursing being well-positioned to determine how to achieve the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals, particularly during the COVID-19 pandemic, is now available online. Public Health Nursing published Nursing and Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) in a COVID-19 world: The state of the science and a call for nursing to lead. Co-author Carolyn Porta is Osingada adviser at the School of Nursing. The Sustainable Development Goals are the United Nations’ blueprint to achieve a better and more sustainable future for all and recognize that planetary health is critical to sustainable development.
