2015 Emerging Child and Family Health Promotion Nursing Scientists

We are pleased to announce Jennifer Revall and Pamala Vang as the 2015 Emerging Child and Family Health Promotion Nursing Scientist Award recipients.

Jennifer is a first year MN student who will be mentored by Dr. Casey Hooke for a study where she will help to develop the educational materials that Dr. Hooke will use to train nurse practitioners with the Exercise is Medicine approach.

Pamala is also a first year MN student who will be mentored by Dr. Melissa Avery and Dr. Melissa Saftner. Pamala will be mentored on a project entitled "Developing Confidence for Physiologic Birth: Women's Perception of Prenatal Influences".
