Diane Treat-Jacobson, Ph.D., School of Nursing, was awarded the Jeanne E. Doyle Excellence in Vascular Nursing award from the Society of Vascular Nursing (SVN). This is the highest award given by the SVN.

Two U of M Faculty Selected by the John A. Hartford Foundation as 2008-2010 Fellows and Scholars
MINNEAPOLIS / ST. PAUL (May 28, 2008) - Mary Dierich, M.S., R.N., G.N.P.-B.C., and Kristine Talley, Ph.D., M.S., R.N., A.P.R.N.-B.C., School of Nursing, were selected as 2008-10 John A. Hartford Foundation academic geriatric nursing scholar and fellow, respectively. 

School of Nursing to Host First Upper Midwest Geriatric Nursing Educational Alliance Meeting
MINNEAPOLIS / ST. PAUL (May 27, 2008) - The meeting will gather representatives from 37 colleges in the Upper Midwest and five of six tribal colleges in the nation in an effort to increase the number of high-quality new and existing faculty.
