Plan B (Non-Thesis) Option

Introduction

We currently offer preparation for advanced practice roles in the following Plan B non-thesis based areas of study. To find out more about a program of interest, please visit the links below, or contact the faculty member who coordinates that area of study.

Areas of Study

In addition, students in Public Health Nursing areas of study may apply for a dual degree with the School of Public Health.

Students may complete the master's program degree requirements on either a full-time or part-time basis. The program usually requires three or four semesters (2 years), depending on area of study and course load. Each graduate nursing course is offered one day a week. The majority of the nursing courses are held in Weaver-Densford Hall.
