Immunization Policy
All Academic Health Center students, including those in the School of Nursing, are required to submit an immunization form to Boynton Health Services indicating the following vaccinations:
- Tuberculosis (Two-step Mantoux Tuberculin test)
- Measles/Mumps/Rubella (MMR)
- Hepatitis B (Three-step)
- Varicella (Two-step)
- Tetanus/Diptheria
