The Center for Health Trajectory Research develops and tests interventions that help individuals and families create optimal pathways to health across the life span within the context of their environments. The Center is funded by a $1.5 million five-year grant from the National Institute of Nursing Research. |

The Center for Nursing Minimum Data Set Knowledge Discovery is an International Classification of Nursing Practice Research and Development Center that focuses on the development of nursing knowledge through the use of standardized nursing terminologies and essential minimum data sets. The ultimate goal is to improve global health by the daily use of terms that adequately reflect nursing practice. |

Hartford Foundation and the University of Minnesota to establish the Minnesota Hartford Center of Geriatric Nursing Excellence (MnHCGNE). |
