Report from the Field: Students Work with Peers in Peru
Fifteen students experienced nursing in Peru first-hand during a weeklong, study-abroad program. Participants did clinical rotations in surgery, public health, and obstetrics. "We saw excellent care being delivered, even in very poor areas," says Linda Halcón, PhD, MPH, RN, associate professor and interim director of International Programming.
