Application Materials

The following materials must be sent to the School of Nursing by the December 1, 2008 deadline.

• Completed School of Nursing online application
• Completed profile essays
• Two (2) letters of reference and completed reference forms (complete the first section on each form and deliver them to the people who will complete them)
• Current resume
• Official transcripts from all institutions
• English Language Proficiency test scores (if applicable): Test of English as a Foreign Language (TOEFL) score of 586 (240 in the computerized format; 95 in the iBT format) OR Michigan English Language Assessment Battery (MELAB) score of 85.
• Application fee of $100.00 must be paid for your application to be reviewed.
