Graduate Fellowships


Fellowship Funding Priorities - Graduate

1. Roxanne Struthers Fellowship

  • Established in memory of Professor Roxanne Struthers who passed away in 2005, to support graduate students in nursing. Building on Roxanne's legacy and work with the American Indian community, the goal is to permanently endow this fellowship at the $25,000 level.

2. Delphie Fredlund Fellowship in Public Health Nursing

  • Created in memory of the late Professor Delphie Fredlund to provide outstanding graduate students with support to pursue an advanced degree in public health nursing with an emphasis on leadership in public health nursing.
  • Gifts to this fellowship will have double impact through the 21st Century Fellowship Program.

3. Nursing Research Fellowship

  • Support of graduate students who are advancing health care research.

21st Century Graduate Fellowship Match

The U of M is offering a rare opportunity to double the impact of your gift. Gifts of $25,000 or more that meet program qualifications are eligible. Gifts may be paid over 5 years and several individuals may work together to receive the $25,000 match.
