The School of Nursing offers a wide variety of educational programs and services for students.

Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) Program
Entry into professional nursing (licensure-preparing), prepares students to be RNs.

Master of Nursing (MN) Program
Entry into professional nursing (licensure-preparing): For students who already have a bachelor's degree in a field other than nursing but are not yet nurses.

Master of Science, Major in Nursing (MS), Program
For current students only. Prospective students, please see the DNP Program information below.

Post-Masters Certificate Program
For students holding a master's degree in nursing who wish to complete another area of study.

Doctor of Nursing Practice Program
Post-Masters DNP Program: For students who are practice-oriented and who already have a master's in nursing.
Full DNP Program: for RNs who are practice-oriented and who hold, at minimum, a baccalaureate degree (launches in fall 2009).

BSN-to-PhD with a Major in Nursing Program
For students with a bachelor's degree in nursing whose interests are research focused and who wish to progress rapidly towards the PhD degree in nursing.

PhD Program
For students who are research/education-oriented, who hold a baccalaureate degree and have an exceptionally strong background in a major field of study such as nursing or the physical or behavioral sciences.
