Welcome to Minnesota Continence Associates
Urinary incontinence affects one in four women. Even though it diminishes their health, functioning and quality of life, many don't report it. Some consider it a normal part of aging; others are embarrassed, unaware of treatment options or fear they will have to have surgery.
The reality is that most women with incontinence and other bladder dysfunctions can be helped significantly by the simple non-surgical treatments Minnesota Continence Associates designs to meet their personal needs and preferences.
Minnesota Continence Associates is operated by the University of Minnesota School of Nursing, in collaboration with University of Minnesota Physicians and the University of Minnesota Medical Center-Fairview.
Minnesota Continence Associates is also available to consult with long-term care facilities in the Twin Cities Metro area about how to meet federal guidelines on urinary incontinence.
