Nurse Leaders

Nurse Leaders: All registered nurses in long-term care facilities are leaders. Some function as nurse managers and supervisors; others as directors or associate directors of nursing. Many are leaders of a team of staff on a nursing unit providing the daily care for residents. Some hold positions that focus on resident assessment, staff development, or quality improvement.
