Application Materials

The Fall Semester 2009 application is available online. The School of Nursing BSN program admits students once a year for Fall Semester.

Please contact the Office of Student Services via e-mail (SONstudentinfo@umn.edu) or telephone (612-625-7980) if you wish to receive paper copies of the application materials.

University of Minnesota New Student Application

New University of Minnesota students must also fill out a new student application. New University of Minnesota students are defined as students who have never been enrolled in any campus or college at the University of Minnesota, including students who have been taking classes through the College of Continuing Education (CCE). If you are a new U of M student, you must fill out an Undergraduate Application, which is available through the Office of Admissions at:

Application for Change of College Form

Former or current University of Minnesota students must also fill out a Change of College Form. Former or current University of Minnesota students are defined as those who have previously been enrolled in another college (such as the College of Liberal Arts) at any U of M campus; this does NOT apply to students who have been registered through the College of Continuing Education (CCE).
