Recognizing her 40+ years of service to young people&#44; Bearinger's career trajectory is described in the Lancet article&#44; including her passion for teaching&#44; her appointments with the Institute of Medicine and other global organizations&#44; and her current position as President of International Association for Adolescent Health.</description>
